  They aren’t automatically deleted. Questions that get deleted are deleted by Admins or Advisors because they violate the Terms of Use.

Well, if you or anybody asks a question that’s against the terms of use them someone can report the user and the question gets deleted.

Because some of them violate the rules or are inappropriate. Like some questions about slitting wrist or being bulimic/anorexic. I believe those get deleted.
