they are made of paper so beware of germs. other than that they are fine to wear.

Umm your talking about those colorful bracelets they give… I don’t really think it matters but it could have lots of germs on it so I recommended NOT putting it in your mouth or anything like that!

no, its not really a good idea I tried it, had mine for over a month it will leave a very noticable tan line on your arm because that spot will always be covered and the paper itself will be covered in germs and bacteria
