How long should I wait before putting my new boyfriend in my status?

me and this are dating now where togeether. and i wondering if the day of is to early to chage my status or put his name in my personal message lol :$

If your dating now i see no problem is announcing it and letting people know.

If he gets upset…..he doesn’t care that much about you to begin with.

Maybe you can start off by putting a “<3” on your status. That’s what I would do.

I agree. Just ask him. Whatever you do, don’t play the waiting game!!! That’s where you think of waiting until he changes his status first, and inevitably, he’s waiting for you to go first, and both of you end up over-analyzing it and think the other is embarrassed by your relationship. Either take charge and go for it, or just say, “Hey I’m thinking of updating my status on FB since we seem to like dating so far,” then see how he responds. Hope this helps!

Its not about the right time to go and advertise it, its about if both of you are comfortable with it and if you guys are only going to be dating eachother.
