When you put on eyeliner do you put it on the top, bottom, or both?

I usually do both, but I don’t put as much on the bottom. I usually just outline the water line and line it as close to my bottom lashes as possible. As for the top, I WEAR WAY TOO MUCH. Haha I think it’s because my eyes are pretty chinky so when I wear more, it makes my eyes appear larger. I hope this is the sort of answer you’re looking for :)

It depends. If I don’t want to wear much eyeliner one day then I would apply it only on the top and on my bottom corner where my eye ends only. It may sound funny but it looks real great when you apply it. I generally apply it on both the bottom and top though.

i put mine on bottom its usually enough and it really brings out my blue eyes

Yes the ear side lol. I apply it right under my lashes on my top line and then only in the corner and I bring it down a little although not enough to be half way because that looks funny.

I wear brown because it brings out the blue in my eyes, and I only put it on the top because it looks way too harsh on the bottom. Plus when you put in on the top it makes your lashes look fuller, and my lashes are a little sparse :/

I wear it on both, and occasionally i put some on my eyelid to create a cat eye look!

On top and bottom. The lines are very thin too.

Just the bottom, otherwise it looks overwhelming. I rarely wear it anyway, because if you start wearing it every day you have to keep wearing it every day or you’ll look really off. I don’t know why, but people who skip the eyeliner after wearing it a lot always look kind of tired..

i just put mine on the bottum. it depends what looks good on you. i already have dark enough eyes & it doesnt look too good on me. so i just stick to the bottum. but you can do both if you try it & you think it looks good on you :)

i can’t wear eyeliner as much because my eye’s cover my eyelids and when i put on liquid liner or gel the black eyeliner makes my eyes seem smaller becasue you cant see my eyelid. but i will wear pencil liner on my water line but not all the time. i usually wear eyeliner when im bored but yea i really dont think eyeliner is good though, but yea sorry for my long story lol :)
