How do you put on eyeliner the right way?

top, I don’t put eyeliner on my bottom eye. I think it looks odd.

the top you can just take your pencil/liquid and go a thin like close to your eye lashes, see how that looks and if you don’t like it just add onto it

What I do is start at the outside of the eye along the lashes VERY lightly do the liner then if u like the look of it u re-do it again by apply more pressure but the closer u stay to the lashes the cleaner the look will be more natural, or if u like it thick then go all out

i’ve tried it different ways and find that it looks the best on the bottom under eye lashes.
