What could a fast, pulsing or throbbing in your lower abdomen be?

I keep getting this pulsing or throbbing in the middle of my lower abdomen, “lower” as in in between my belly, and pelvic area. It doesn’t hurt or anything, it just feels weird. It’s like a very fast throbbing, “fluttery” feel. :/

Has anyone experienced this? Is it normal…or is something causing it?

If it’s not painful it’s probably just muscle spasms. Maybe your diaphragm is being weird. Like a form of hiccups? Or it could be stomach muscle spasms, just like when I bounce my leg when I’m sitting down sometimes I can’t stop. Or sometimes eyelids twitch when you’re tired. If you’re freaking out call your doctor.

I know exactly what your talking about! It never hurt me either it was just odd feeling, i’d have my boyfriend feel it and we were both like what is that. It doesn’t happen to me as often anymore. It never caused any problems for me though.
