PSP game problems

I have ordered a game from amazon and it came on friday but when we opened the game it was kinda broken

this is the problem there is a small metal silver disk that is supposed to go at the back of the psp but it was at the front just moving do any of you know how to fix it and guess how muvh the game was 20 pound and it came broken please post comments if you know

if it came broken then you should returne it they could have sent you a broken game or posted it and the game got broken during postage to you either way complain to the person you bought it from and at least ask for your money back

oh it dont matter cuase my dad gave a complaint like you said (were greatfull to you thanks for the advice)

and they said that there sorry and they said they will give me a replacement and guess what it came today
