Short or long prom dresses?

Short dresses are in this ‘09 season! You can wear short dresses and still look amazing. Long dresses can get stepped on and can be annoying to hold the trains to. I tend to take my shoes off and am a bit on the shorter side, so a short dress is perfect to me. Yes, long dresses are more elegant and sophisticated, but short dresses can still be beautiful. I wore one last year and it turned out great. It just depends on where your comfort level lies and what fits your body best. If you go long, try a dramatic back or interesting neck (horse shoe, one shoulder, etc). It’s up to you. :)

Okay well yeah the ones that go right under your arse will make you look like a baby prositute… But when I think of short I think of mid-thigh to knee…

Yeah you can get really nice dresses in ANY length…

But yeah I agree just wear what ever you think suits you and you’re body shape the most, and if your short then wearing short dresses make your legs look longer, therefore taller =P haha like I don’t own a single dress that goes to my ankle…

Also I’m in Toronto, and any dress that goes right under your arse, mid-thigh, or down to the knee are all VERY normal… I guess everyone here is a baby prostitute then? Haha

It depends on the design on the dress. You could look like a baby prostitute or you could look really nice. Just don’t make it too short. Whatever looks best.!! :D

Such Slags. You don’t want to show too much leg, and FYI you can get really nice long dresses. And you do look like a baby prostitute…”the one who wants shagged” comes to mind. Just wear what ever you think suits you and you’re body shape the most, but wearing something around you’re arse is not such a good look for the photos you’ll keep for you’re lifetime.

it depends, if you want to look “fly” or cool wear a short one and if you want to look classy and neat wear a longer dress

As a boy, looking at girls, I preferred em in long dressed :D
