What are some good products to make scars vanish or diminish?

Oil that you rub into your skin to soften it. Also if the scar is on a skin area that is hit by sunlight, apply sunscreen always prior to being outside.

Neosporin is proven to reduce the visibility and development of scar tissue. You have to use it as the wound is healing tho. Vitamin E (tocopherol acetate) is excellent for skin repairs. Get a bottle of the gel caps and break one open (it should be oily, and smell faintly of dirt) on a gauze pad and tape it over the scar. It will take a long time but it should fade. It worked for me when a blind dog freaked out and bit my face. The scar is still there, but its verrry faint.
