Is President Obama still as popular as when he won the Presidential Election?

Untill the last few weeks I thought President Obama was still very popular, but I hear people are getting frustrated and he may struggle to win the next election, what do you think??

First off, American voters are as fickle as a $20 ho. There was a lot of excitement when Obama was elected but nobody could ever live up to such lofty expectations. A lot can happen to the American psyche between now and November 2012 so it is hard to predict which way the wind will be blowing by then. Best I can figure the Republican nominee in 2012 will probably be extreme enough to scare away a lot of the moderates and independents that decide most elections. The more moderate candidates won’t pass muster with the tea party and won’t be able to raise the money necessary for a successful campaign. My prediction is that in 2012 the tea party will push the Republican party over a cliff and Obama will be easily reelected.

There were great expectations in Mr Obama. People believed that he’d really make a difference. He didn’t fulfill that, now people are disappointed. I think that people need to be more pessimistic in the States.

If you elect someone, telling yourselves “UHGH, it’s gonna be the same cr4p anyway.” then you’ll be positively surprised if he does anything right.

My friend has a book about betting and probability - it says that the US Presidential elections are about the most sure thing you could bet on. Even gives a nice formula to figure out who is going to win.

We sat down about 4 months ago and went through it. We ended up with Obama being reelected by quite a margin.

President Obama has not lived up to campaign promises. Nothing unconventional there… although hearing apologists refer to every other President’s renegings in an effort to absolve this one’s is barely stomachable as the twitching of this country’s death throes grow to full blown convulsions.

The left ideologue’s only resolution is to serve the will of the party. The fact that this country’s Jobs Czar… Jeffrey Immelt… invested $2 billion in Chinese industry after receiving a $140 billion tax payer bailout while simultaneously skirting its tax liability is only problematic to the left ideologue in one capacity… the affect it may have on Obama’s reelection efforts.

This rationale is behind the oft repeated chorus that President Obama is unbeatable. It isn’t about getting the best person into office… its a cult of personality in which the party’s best interest comes first. All manner of evil is forgivable as long as the hellion has the right letter after his name. The very same evils so harshly… and rightfully… condemned by those on the left when Bush undertook them have met favorable reviews now that their man with the reins of power have visited them upon us.

This suggests to me that those leftist hypocrites are nurturing their own grandiose designs of authority they believe they inherit by virtue of the fact that their man is in office.

Even if the country goes to hell… as long as their man is in the driver’s seat… they win… in their minds. Damn the scalded a$$es.
