Prenatal pills? hair grow?

I heard that if I tke prenatal pills then my hair will grow long and faster. is that true?? can I still take them if im not prego? can I take them still if im on birth control pills?? need anwsers fasst..thanxxx

Vitamins A and D and K help your nails grow- just take those without all of the other unnecessary vitamins of prenatals. OR, use a regular women’s multivitamin- that’ll help! That’s what I use since I stopped taking prenatals for pregnancy/nursing- and because baby isn’t depleting my nutrients- my hair and nails are better than ever. I use Centrum Womens- has all of those vitamins.
