THat’s not true my doctor told me that so many patients of his thought that and have babies to prove it Me too I’ve been breatfeeding for a year and I’m Pregnant! YAY

Generally speaking, breast feeding keeps hormones in your bloodstream that prevent ovulation, therefore you shouldn’t become pregnant. If there is a family history of pregnancy during breast feeding, your doctor can fit you with an IUD that will prevent pregnancies.

Yeh sorry bimjob thats not true at all. A lot of women dont get their period back again until about 6 months after breastfeeding but a lot of other women do. Some might just get it back 6 weeks after the birth its diferent for all cases. You sure can breastfeed while pregnant and lots of people do. There is nothing stopping you at all. I know women who have fed until the next one comes and continue feeding both at once. It is however important that the baby get the first milk with all the good stuff to protect their little bodies in the begining so it may be good to try to wean the older one before the bub arives.Good luck xx
