am i pregnant? if im not, whats wrong??

my ex-bf and i were regularly active(sexually). we always used condoms. but the last time we had sex he didnt use a condom. but he didnt cum in me. he was “close” he said. but just pulled out and didnt even finish. this was dec 7th i believe. the past week i have been experiencing extreme stomach pains which include diarrhea. and also been experiencing breast pain. especially the sides of my breast. and tonight i was getting in the shower and noticed some blood on my panties. not period blood, because it isnt continuous. it was very light. and i cant say whether or not i have missed a period or not because i have a very irregular period and rarely get them. i know the usual answer is going to be “go buy a pregnancy test” “go to the doctors” my drs appt is in 3 weeks. and i currently am staying at a family members house, and do not want to say anything, so i have no way to a store. are these the usual signs? and lets just say im not pregnant, what do those mean?

Maybe it’s implantation bleeding, which means the egg is implanting into your uterus and is fertilized… Pre-cum can get you pregnant. Men produce it without having to “finish” and it contains sperm and can get you pregnant.
