Pregnant and Having Cramps

I am pregnant and I have cramps when does it start and stop? Sometimes it even feels like my period ir right at the end just ready to bleed and then it doesnt come I even wear napkins at times. Help!

I use to get cramps in the begging of my pregnancy they lasted about 3 weeks and I thought that it was because of my period coming, don’t worry its your stomach stretching. I was told that if it hurts allot, like someone punched you in the stomach that you should go to the emergency room because it might be a ectopic pregnancy (tubal pregnancy).
