Would you prefer the heat or the cold while working outdoors?

idk, something in the between i guess. not too hot, not too cold.

while working … cold i think would be better, keeps you awake. when it is really hot i get sleepy. in general i like dressing for the heat, i like wearing sun dresses and shorts but i hate sweating so i think cold is better

Yeah I agree, I feel tired if I overwork myself or even do little in the sun. I love to wear dresses and other summer clothing as well ;3

The thing with heat, is that you loose energy faster. Your body is trying to maintain a certain temperature so it’s using energy to produce sweat. Plus you are already using some of that energy on the work. While in the cold, you really don’t have to worry about dehydration as much. And after a while your body can warm up and the cold won’t be much of a bother.

cold because you would be moving around alot and stuff so you wouldnt be as cold. it would keep you awake too haha.

COLD!!!!!! I’m super sensitive to the heat, I have a bug phobia, and heat makes me REALLY LAZY… :P

Heat, I burn more calories!

Cold because the heat discourages me from moving to much as I get really hot. If it is cold it does not matter as much because once I move around I get warmer. You know the workout is working when you are in a cold environment but you are working hard enough to break a sweat.

Yes I agree^^ I’d rather work in a cool-cold place other than sweating my bums off in the heat x)
