Why do people feel like they have to lie to me?

I’ve been trying to find a job for… since 2002 and now that it’s going up on 10 years with out a job, being turned down, I’m beinning to believe more and more that I’ve been lied to since than and the lie is… people have been telling me there is no law in Utah or the United States that prevents disabled ppl from getting a job, that infact there is a law that businesses have to hire disabled ppl if they apply for a job. Ha ha! That’s a laghing JOKE!! If that were true, I’d have a job by now. But, guess what? I DON’T. So, in this case, who’s right about the subject? Me or everyone that’s been saying they’d have to hire you? And, what should I do to make sure I get a job IF there isn’t a stupid law preventing me from getting one?
