Is it like going back to school after you graduated?
No it is such things as Colleges of Further and Higher Education and University. It probably also includes such things as formal in service training and apprenticeships, though certain areas of legislation make clear distinctions between Education and Training, so in some contexts, training will not be classed as post secondary education.
Best wishes - Majikthise. .
post secondary education is college/university. It's like taking a much more advanced form of high school, where you have to pay to get in, and you can stay in post secondary school from 2 to 6 years.
So if I had a question that says "What are your plans for post- secondary education" could I answer medical school?
Primary = grade school. Secondary = high school. Post = after... so post secondary usually refers to college.
Thank you! I'm stressing about my IB application due in 2 days!!!
Precisely; or any other education beyond high school.
Yes absolutely correct.
