What could possibly be wrong with me if im having whitish discharge with a unpleasant Oder??

for the past few weeks ive been having this not sure what it is. and how i should treat it? Im also not sexuality active.

It is probably a bacterial infection, Bacterial vaginosis (BV) This is not an STD. It is a very common infection that many woman get.
