Possibly Pregnant?

I thought I was pregnant, took a home pregnancy test…it was negative.(about 16 days ago) I then had to start my period 6 days ago, I have not started yet…there is spotting/little blood for 5 days still going. Took another 3 test during this time I was spotting, they were all negative. My abdomen hurts, but I still have not started. Can I still be pregnant?
