everytime I wanted to pop my nuckles I bit my lip instead. and I would bit it so it would bleed. and it was like a punishment for doing popping them. and after 3 days of doing that I havent done it for a month a 9 days!!
well, you have to push yourself to stop. if you want to start/break a habit, all you have to do is, for example, not pop your knuckles for at least 21 days/3 weeks I hope this helps and good luck!!! bye! :)
First off let me say that there’s is no evidence that popping knuckles causes any joint or bone problems in your fingers. The common misconception that popping your knuckles causes arthritis or other joint problems in the hands/fingers isn’t true and has no real evidence to support it. But if you want to stop popping your knuckles heres a tip. If you get the urge to pop your knuckles just do anything that takes your mind off of the urge, taking deep breathes, get up and walk around, turn on the tv. Anything will work that takes your focus off of popping your knuckles and soon you will no longer have the urge to do it.
