Good shampoo and conditioner when losing hair?

when losing hair, what is the best shampoo and conditioner to use. please help im about to get bald

I use Dove when my hair falls out- it helps. But if this is a SERIOUS problem, go have your thyroid checked. Mine falls out drastically when my levels drop too low. Dove is gentle, but it’s probably more about the technique. Be very gentle when washing, use a wider-toothed comb to prevent rip-out.

Simple shampoo and also baby shampoos are very gentle on hair. I think you need to go to the doctor though, there are certain medical conditions associated with hair loss so it is best to get checked out if you feel you have a serious problem. In the meantime don’t use styling equipment, and just be gentle with your hair. Some loss regularly is normal, but if it is in large amounts it is best to check it out =)

You really didn’t give out a lot of information… Is it breaking off/dry/heavy dandruff, is it breaking out in patches/any chemicals you use etc.? Maybe you can be a little more detailed.
