What would a "plutonic hug" be?

In the school rules under Public Displays of Affections it says only hand holding and plutonic hugs are allowed. but I don’t get what the plutonic part means or how the hug would be.

Yeah, it’s plAtonic. If your school’s guidebook says “plUtonic”, change schools. Plutonic refers to a rock formed far beneath the surface of the earth by intense heat. btw, the root of the word “platonic” is Plato, an ancient Greek, and defines the love between people according to his philosophy.

No chance I’m changing schools.
