Should I go out with him?

I asked my ex-boyfriend out and he said he would think about it. Then my friend asked him if he was thinking of saying yes and he says probably not but is not sure. The reason is though because he likes someone else but won’t tell me who . If he says yes should I go out with him or even though I am heartbroken or reject him even though I like him so much?

I don’t think you should go back out with him. I just.. think you guys should try and be friends for now, and maybe you’ll gradually get back together.

but if he likes another girl.. and you guys go out.. would it feel awkward for you? knowing that he likes someone else..
