Pleghm

Why do I constantly get sick? I get all this pleghm and I constantly cough. My voice always goes away. I always feel congested and it seems never to go away. I get sharp pains in my chest and the upper part of my back. Right and left side. Im sick of always feeling tired. Can anyone tell me what can I do?
