Okay, it’s been really weird… first, it said I sent something two of my friends a message that I never sent.. so I changed my password to my email address and the site I was on… Now one of my friends is accusing me of posting something bad about her and I never did!! what’s going on or what do I do?!!

Well, they could be hacking into your email too, change your email password, too, see if that stops it. If not, I don’t know what to tell you…Make a new account.
You also need to inform all your friends that they maybe get some emails you didn’t sent.
