I have to make 500.00 dollars in 10 months
okay. for my 14th birthday I am giong to go to wildwood, NJ and spend the night at a hotel with a couple of my friends. the thing is, is that I have to make 500.00 dollars in 10 months since im celebrating it in the summer, and I have no job, I dont get allowance or anything. my parents wont pay for it because they cant afford it. I told them I would work hard to get the money since this is something that I really want but I cant get a real job at 13! I already tried to mow lawns but no one was interested. I tried to do babysitting, I have no one to babysit. im going to shovel snow for people in the winter but thats not going to get me 500.00 dollars! I was thinking about doing a car wash but I don’t know how many people would stop… so I don’t know can anyone please help with other jobs!!! I reallly wanna go!
That’s quite a lot of money. But you have time on your side… and maybe you can think of some innovative things. You say you have no-one to babysit - can you put a note up in a community center or a supermarket advertising your services?
Can you get a paper route?
Can you have a yard sale and sell some of your old books, CDs, clothes, toys etc?
well…I dont really have any ideas I was just gunna say look in the news paper for like help wanted… maybe babysitting jobs or some thing
