PLease help me about insects diseases

Please delete the other questions I’ve asked about this. I want proper answers please, I have a serious condition where I worry all the time, and it gets really bad before christmas so just answer properly please.

A fly landed on my penis the other day , can that harm me badly? its summer here and flies get inside

Someone said if it was a mosquito there would be a higher chance. What do they mean. I know mosquito’s can carry malaria, but it doesn’t matter where they land on you though does it? would it be a high risk if it landed anywhere? or just on my penis?

I wouldnt worry about it unless you were getting really sickk. Being sick is the first sign of somthing wrong.

Bot flies infect where they land. I’d wear underwear if I lived in an area with those beasts.
