Are these signs of implantation bleeding?

I am 19 and my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a little over a year now. I have irregular periods and its just now starting to show a pattern. I was on bith control for 8 years and I quit taking it about a year now. But this week I had 3 days of light spotting the first day it was a watery pink, the second day was a dark brown watery color, and then the third was a watery pink again. I have a slight cramp in my lower left abdominal area. Im not sure what is going on can some one help? Are these signs of implantation bleeding?

this is happening with me right now.. with th redish/brownish and right before my period.. I talked with my docotor you can either wait a week and take a test, or go to your doctor have him take your hormo level, wait bout 4 days and go to go your local ER have them check your Hormons level, see if its going up, if so then your prego..
