Please Help

I am a teenager with light brown hair and hazel/orange eyes. My hair is medium length and pretty straight with some waves and body. Im very pale with freckles and very tall. I want to get a good hair cut but im not sure what style and how long/short. Also I don’t know what color to dye my hair if I should make my hair darker or lighter because im so pale. Also I want to put a blue color strip under my hair would that look okay and if so what kind of blue

the rihanna look would work it would bring out your completion and nobody would be worry about your freckles because the attention and all the focus would be all on your hair and you going to rock that look…

cut your hair in layers, shoulder lenghth, I did that and I looked so hot. you should die your hair beach blond. you will look fab.
