We dont have it often at all

My fiance and I have been together for 2 years,im the guy so of course im intrested in sex, and so is she, but we dont have it often at all, witch is a problem because for one she is on the depo shot, and for two we would like to have a baby. Now the reason we dont have sex is because when we are both in the mood, we try it, but it hurts her, and its very painfull for her,it didnt used to to hurt her but by the way, it isnt realy enjoyable for her, is there something wrong?, please help
