If you're asking about natural sources of niacin (=vitamin B3) and if you're not a vegetarian:
chicken breast, yellowfin tuna, chinook salmon, halibut, lamb loin, venison.
Also asparagus, romaine lettuce and ripe tomatoes, but the animal sources have most.
