I want to change my ways

I want to change my ways.Im not a horrible person,its just that some of my qualities and traits just dont make me proud of myself and who I am.I mean,I’ve been through a lot and all,but I just want to change POSITIVELY.Like,be more trustworthy with secrets being told to me cause I used to blurt them out a lot,and be more outgoing (I’ve lived under a rock for most of my social life),Be more fun and out-going,I dont like to complain to people and I think I do that too much.But you know,if people understand my question,then thank you.But tell me anything that could help.Please.Im Pleading.Thank you,I love you.Bye-bye.

the only way to change is to like your self for who you are. if you have a problem with secrets. write them down on paper and throw it away so you can get it out. and try talking to others and ask them about there selves. email me back with more questions if ya have them! kgirl

Oh, I know exactly how you feel! i think you have to feel confident about you first. As soon as you feel confident you’ll start putting yourself out there. So try to wear clothes you like and dress up your fave features and then try saying hi to people.
