Why Can't I play games on my laptop anymore?

So my mom got Norton 2011 for my computer, because mine was out of date. Ever since, I cannot play games on gamepost, I can’t play zwinky, my little brother can’t even play Poptropica on my computer. It comes up in the corner where the game screen should be a white square with a red X in it. My mom told me to click the red X but nothing happnes. Please help.

I think Norton is the type of software that won’t let anything new or unrecognized applications work/run. Try lowering the security options. Make sure what you are running does not have a virus or any other type of Malware. When you are sure it’s Malware-free then you can turn of the antivirus while you play. I think Norton also affects your firewall restrictions making your computer more secure.
