how do plane tickets work when buying etickets for a friend?
Does anyone know the process that I need to go through after buying plane tickets online and getting an electronic ticket? Do I need to print it out and take it to the airport? Will my name be on the flight list already? I don’t know what I need to do and I didnt buy the ticket my friends mom did im 16 and she bought it for me do I still have to check in and stuff I don’t know I never been to a airport before can someone help and what do I do with my bags I also dont have an id will they still let me board my plane plzz help thanxx
If you order them online, a lot of airlines will give you an eticket by default…then just make sure to show your ID, etc, and yuo’re all set.
Your name will already be on the fligth list if you have an electronic ticket as well…and yes, you’ll still need to check in, arrive at least 2 hours early, three for international travel keep in mind your baggage weight (try to check them before you leave the house, so you don’t pay extra) and read up on current regulations for what you can take in carry on (eg, bottle size, etc).
