Where are good hang out places that you don’t have to pay for? Just a nice place to hang out because one of my friends are moving… and a whole bunch of us want to hang out before he leaves. Suggestions?

Coffee shops, Mall, skate parks, roller skating rinks, playground, someones house, sleep over, carinvals, parades, play cards, art museum. not to many things that don’t cost money, any local sports games
