Most common advice is to drink loads of water. It really works. Try starting with a minimum of 8 glasses a day which works out to about 2 litres I think. I really do speak from experience.

I do wash my face everyday but I also have exsima which is a skin disorder, nothing dramatic. It’s usually itchy & dry but not so much on my face. I clean it every night & it manages to build up with another pimple :/

is just one or two here and there or is it a serious problem because sometimes if you are not eating right or drinking enough water, that can really effect your skins texture, appearance and the fact if you have breakouts or not. washing your face is important every night but make you are moisturizing too. especially if you have exsima.

wash your face daily and use those oxy pad and/or acne dry lotion it helps a lot!
