just sharing my experience… I also got some zits on my forehead even on the other surfaces of my face but they are so small and rare. How do I manage to get rid of them? I don’t scratch it, nor pop it or do anything about it. Because if I do? It will just leave a brown mark, or even worse… a hideous scar -_-“ and I’m sure you don’t want to have those, do you? well, just eat a proper healthy diet. Avoid eating foods that has lots of oils, peanuts and everything. Wash your face every morning and at night before you go to sleep. A reminder, I’ve read from the other forums that using a cold water to rinse your face is very good, because it tightens your pores and will leave your face smooth. Use ponds! Have a healthy living, sleep early, don’t stress yourself too much. Don’t think a lot. And the most important thing is, your proper hygiene. Be sure that the pillows, your bed, your blanket are well cleaned-up because it might be the source, why you keep having pimples..

I hope this will help you..

I feel you… I’m 22 years old and my face just recently started clearing up. I tried everything from random acne medicalions and on the spot treatments and nothing really worked.

I suggest maybe seeing a dermatologist if it seems to be getting worse. That’s what I tried first, and she gave me some face gels like Benzaclin and Finacea along with some pills like Doryx and Nicomide which is supposed to reduce redness. Although it helped reduce the redness, I wasn’t really seeing results with the pimples.

So I just decided to take things in my own hands and try other things… I started going for routine facials (which helped clean out pores and prevent further outbreaks), and then I started using this little kit that I got from CVS (look in the face washing section) called AcneFree Sensitive from University Pharmaceuticals Corp. This stuff really worked for me! Now my skin is so smooth, I rarely get any breakouts now. Another thing I would suggest using for your face is a green tea moisturizer. Those moisturizers really make your face feel so soft, and doesn’t irritate your skin. I love it =o)

Anyway, I hope I helped.

Okay I know it sounds weird, but just listen. Rub lemon on your face every night. It works wonders. Use toothpaste like once a week because that can really dry out your face. Don’t scratch them or put peroxide on them. You’ll get scars and they wont go away. Use lemons. They work. And use toothpaste as a weekly mask or as spot treatment.

Answer #4

just pop them? or atleast scratch the tops off. then put the peroxide on it. it should heal up in a day or so.

Answer #5

my friend said to rub peroxcide on them once a day I don’t know if it works she told me that today, it seems to be working for her. . . .

Answer #6

Answer #7

Okay dont listen to these people. DONT POP IT, SCRATCH IT, OR PUT PEROXIDE IN IT. Listen to me. DO NOT! you could get scars from popping, and wrinkles and redness from peroxide. Wash your face regularly. I use a mint julep mask because it dries it out safely. Also try toothpaste. its less harmful than putting that crap peroxide on your face. (I use noxema and my face has been clear ever since, try it.)
