Pimple like sore

I have what looks like a pimple on my chest at first it was kind of sore when I rubbed but its not sore now the other night it was bleeding in the middle a little then it just kind of scabed over the next day does this sound like a pimple because I dont think it is if someone could tell me what it could be that would be great

actually it sounds like the time I popped a zit and it scbbed over then the scab rubbed off and it started bleeding then scabbing over etc… until it healed
