What could this pill be?

my friend found a super tiny white pill in her brothers room with a M on it and a 4 on it anyidea what I could be ?

or it’s a muscle relaxer those also tend to have M’s on them

It’s probably Morphine. If it seemed like he was hiding it, then it was probably not a drug he was supposed to be taking.

I wouldn’t take the pill if I were you, if that’s why you were wondering. xP

The picture is of a Morphine pill. I’m pretty sure the 15 stands for 15mg. And the 4 probably stood for 4mg.

I’m pretty sure it’s morphine…also known as an upper.It gives you a boost of energy and makes you feel happy, but the comedown is HORRIBLE.
