How do you take a black and white picture and add color to it?? I’ve been trying to figure this out forever and nobody iwll explain it… Can someone helpp me pleaseee…

I can’t explain it because you wouldn’t understand however, if you want to send me the picture I can do whatever you want me to do to it.
I mean I know some people use photoshop to do it.. but how can I do this to my pictures.
Yes you need Adobe Photoshop.
If you are looking for something to just add color right away like you just move a slider over. That isn’t possible.
