photo radar camera

Ok I was driving my car threw a intersection and I was speeding. The speed limit was 70 km/hour. I was doing about 90. I was going to the intersection oblivious to the speed camera. Before I went threw the intersection a dodge viper flew past me prob doing 120 km/hr. He went threw about 5 meters ahead of me and when he first went in it flashed and flashed again. Did I get hit too or was it just taking to pictures? first one of the dodge vipers plate and then the whole car or one of me and one of him. there were 2 flashes. I am I off the hook? Last time I got a camera ticket it had a up close pic of when I went into the intersection and when I left it. so I am I off the hook? can anyone who understands these please answer and set my mind at ease. thanks
