Persuade mom to let me pierce my tongue

@flostream-. I want it done in a professional piercing parlor that means I have to be 18 to get it done and by then my mom can kick me out. What I really want is her “blessing” to let me do it. I will definitely slip facts to her over time, thanks for the tip! @ xx_the_a7x_parade_xx -You totally get me! I want it to express myself. My tongue is rather impressive, so I think it would look awesome with a piercing. @ipod_nano -I will definitely be paying for it! =p @sarahscreamsforscreamo- Hopefully my parents aren’t too stubborn. I talked my mom into letting me get a nose ring at 13, but she said no more until I’m18, then pull this trick. Anyway, thanks, I’ll be persistent with these facts!

she cant exactly stop you I got all well most of my piercings without muums permission she gave up eventually seen as I’ve just turned 16 she cudnt exactly kick me out she just didnt talk to me for a while but thts not a big deal if you really want her permission then tongue piercings are one of the least painful places I have pierced and risk of infection is low due to the fact your mouth is full of friendly bacteria which cleans the wound for you plus if anything does go wrong the tongue is one of the quickest healing organs in your body just slip some facts in and she cant say no sound like you no what your talking about and you will be fine hope it all goes well :)

If she keeps making a big deal, wait until your 18. You’ll no longer be a minor and will be able to have any piercing or tattoo done without her say so. Since you’ll still have to live by her rules until your 19, explain to her that it’s NOT a big deal. They’re just forms of body art and self expression. They’re not trashy/nasty or anything like that. As long as they’re done professionally and taken of, they’ll be just fine and you won’t have any issues.

emm just get some good facts about it and slip them into a conversation..my sister did that to get her tongue pierced, and I did it so I could get my lips pierced..I realize the age I am, but it will work for any age..as long as the parents not too stubborn

Just do it when youre 18. But…make sure you have a job and…pay for it yourself. Maybe she wont kick ya out if you have a job. < :
