Can a person make videos of photo slideshows with no audio and add them to YouTube if he's a partner of YouTube?

I’m sure you can make videos of photo slideshows. As to the audio, pretty much everything I’ve heard or seen on YouTube had audio. Try it though. You can always go back & add audio if it doesn’t work.

According to the terms and regulations, a partner’s videos CANNOT only consist of audio and no video. However, there’s no mention of a ban of it the other way round. What i’d suggest is putting it up for a few days and if there’s something wrong with it, YouTube would mention it and you can then add some copyright-free music in it to rectify the problems!

I have uploaded a memorial video slideshow of a friend of mine that passed away and it was just pictures with no audio. Youtube will give you the option to use some of their music also so you dont get in trouble for copyright infringement. Hope this helps ya :)
