if you are under 18, they will not allow you to purchase cigs. tats are probably off limits too depending on the vendor. However, piercings should be a go.

if the legal age to get those things in our country is 18, then yes. if not, the permit wont allow you to get something you need to older for

Actually, in some places, you need to be 18 to get piercings too. But yes, as long as you’re of age, you should be able to use it. I mean, it is a form of ID.

anything government issued with your name and birthdate on it should work, as long as you’re actually of age.
