Why don't my periods come in any order?

For the first two years, they will be wierd and all funky, but after that then you will have normal ones. But it is possible that you are one of those girls that has them all wierd, that’s normal too, it really depends on who you are.

your period are never regular mine come every two months. Ypur body changes and so does your period!

It takes a few years for a lot of girls to have regular periods.

If your just starting out then yes they are all over the place, if you have been getting them the past few years. It could be the cause of stress, anxiety, or not eating right, cause that happens to me too and it is because I’m stressed out a lot.

i thought that even when you are in your 20’s your period will still be funny and wierd with the days and stuff :)

yeah.. if its the first few years you neednt worry. its normal for it to be all funny,weird or “whatever”. but if it persist as the years pass by.in which i dont hope for. then you can go see the doc.

@ 20? well! it depends on when you started.. but if its early like 14,15,16. the should normalise by 20. if not see the doctor. the may suggest some contraceptv to regulate them.had similar problem.

Your periods will be changing for ages and your body needs to get used to the hormones. If you keep coming on and off your periods for a certain while then you can be referred to as ‘irregular’ which basically means sometimes you see and then won’t for another few months! If this happens then I recommend to see a nurse and she will put you on some sort of pill (a non-contraceptive) which will make the periods regular, every month for 3-7 etc. Don’t worry yourself about it at such a young age. Worry when your getting older and this is still happening as I know from other people, you can be put at risk of not being able to conceive.
