Why is my period gooey like slime?

I know it sounds weird and i’m worried. is it just lubrication mixed with the blood.

Blood isn’t the only thing being shed during your menstrual cycle. Your also shedding your uterine lining thats been building up during the month, your unfertilized egg, and other discharges as well. Its normal for it to seem “slimy” at times.

i doubt that its blood clots… though it is possible, as i get them… many people also discarge alot, which makes the period a little weird and slimy xD
