Period..?
Okay so I was wondering that when your on your period, what positions make the blood come out more or heavier? Like does more blood come out more if I am sitting our standing? If I cross my legs or bend over can that cause it to bleed through?

being on bottom or lying flat will cause less blood standing or on top will make it come out more
Standing up your bleeding will be the heaviest, because that’s the way it flows downwards the most. Lying down will slow your bleeding, and sitting (especially on floor, cross-legged) is sort of in between. That’s why you probably bleed less at night; because you’re lying down.
Also, if it’s really bad, a bath is actually really soothing and will slow bleeding for a while.
