After you wash your hair, towel dry and get rid of tangles using a wide toothed comb. I like to use a creme called “Bumble and Bumble Grooming Creme” or something. It’s in a blue bottle haha. It helps take out the friz. Anyway, this next part is kind of hard to explain, but I’ll try my best! Twist little sections of your hair (about 1 to 2 inches thick) and pin it to the back of your head. Start at the first piece of hair on the side of your head, and work your way down and around. Once you get to your ear, stop and do the other side. Keep twisting and pinning your hair back. It’s okay if they all overlap with eachother in the back. After that, you should have the whole bottom section of your hair down. Put it in a neat and low bun. Secure it with a bobby pin and then wrap a hair tie around it. This is what works for me. Just keep it all in for a few hours, and you’re good to go!

Repeat all over head. Use thicker and thinner strands for a more natural wave. Sleep over night, it is comfortable way better then foam rollers. In the morning finger comb, mousse, or water to get the waves you want,
