How can I tell when the perfect time to ask her out is?

You can tell if she likes you by the way she acts around you, if she is extremely comfortable around you and flirts with you. She may be shy though and not act any different around you, so you can maybe figure out she likes you on how much she cares about you. If not the only way you will know is if you get enough courage to ask her out. You could possibly ask her to hang out with you and if you both have a fun time then ask her if she wants to be your girlfriend

Try to have a conversation with her… something easy to discuss like music or movies. If she acts comfortable around you and seems to be into the conversation, you might just try asking her out. If she keeps looking away and trying to make an excuse to leave, she probably just isn’t that into you. If she’s rude about saying no if you ask her out, then you probably didn’t want to go out with her anyway.

JUST ASK HER OUT. LOL. sorry about that. You will know if she likes you untill after you go out with her. Be brave, The worst that can happen is that you land back in the same situation you are in now, except you would know who not to waste you time with.

most of the answers here are pretty much what i would say. but i know you personally, and i know that right now you’re probably wasting away time needlessly. if you’re not even talking to her, nothing is developing between you two. waiting doesn’t help anyone. so right now how’s about you just talk to her some before you jump the gun and ask her out. then you would be more comfortable with her, not to mention you might be able to predict what her answer will be, whether she likes you or not (although i wouldn’t rely on this feeling too heavily, as you could over-think it)

I will agree with Katherine slightly…. You may know what your heart wants…. however it is impossible to know someone else’s heart. Plus, your heart isn’t omniscient. It does makes mistakes

Hey…. If you don’t know then you can either wait or just do it. Love is a gamble. If you ask her out, then she will either accept or reject. Either way you get the girl or you will know she isn’t interested and move on.

If you wanna find out if she likes you short of asking her/ asking her out. Then get to know her. If she is eager to see you. Seems to brighten up by your presence…. then she likes you. If you spark a positive change in her, then she likes you.
