People who are good in history I need help!!

I have a history project that we just got today and is due on friday. We have to create our own Constitution. We have to pretend it’s 1789, and this is for American History. We have to write a preamble, a Bill of Rights, and 10 more amendments to deal with future issues that we already know happened. I can’t think of anything that doesn’t already copy the Constitution that was actually written. Any ideas?

just pretend if you were going to be a founder of a country or nation, what you would want it to be like. Like, what rules, rights, laws, you would want the people to have and follow. forget about our constitution and just think of what you would want your nation to be like.
